I bought cause i knew about Xylitol benefits on oral care, the sweet is nice and feels fresh good quantity and package, only that i Don't like it that is dissolved so faster and thats not is cool.

This gum suits perfectly my keto diet as it contains only xylitol among the ingredients and none of other sweeteners that can increase the insulin level. Honestly speaking, at the beginning I didn't like this specific taste, but then I fell in love with it :) The quality is great (you can even make the bubbles if you take 2 gums hhh). The only thing I would improve is the size of the gum which is rather small so you need to take 2 at the same time and the taste doesn't last long, but from the other side you will not chew it for more than 10 minutes which is exactly the time enough to have only the benefits for your health and not cause problems to your stomach.
