MCT oil rancid 12m before use by date. System insists to 'add more details' .... quality: not good, ingredient: rancid, should be a reliable product, but not on this occasion. Taste is terrible. The system AI seems to prevent negative reviews, wants more words, & insists on using prompted keywords: metabolism, diet, energy,
I add it sometimes to salads as it doesn’t mix well with coffee, it’s tasteless, yet i couldn’t feel the difference, maybe because i don’t take it on regular basis, i bought it to improve memory and focus hope i find improvement and get back to modify the review
Great quality MCT oil! Easy to add to coffee and smoothies. Helps with energy and focus throughout the day. Flavorless and blends well.

good quality mct oil. great for people on keto. good for energy
Using this first thing in a smoothie has a small but noticeable effect on mental clarity and energy. About 10 ml worked best for me, tried 20ml + but it upset my stomach slightly. Wish the bottle were glass but you can’t have it all!
absolutely love this product, I highly recommend it for weight loss.
