I am a chronic skeptic of both old and new quick fixes. Everything looks like a money grab to me and like everyone else, I have been fooled now and again. This product has surprised me. I spent some time doing a bit of research into it's development and history. I tried one on my first day, just to make sure I did not have some weird reaction or an upset tum. Nothing. Clearly I can not speak for you, but this works for me. Reinvesting in a Keto regime after a year's break (bad habits and a weight gain of 40lbs/18kgs), I thought I would give this a try. I am a lazy lazy cook, a long-term sugar addict and an evening grazer. This has actually been a massive incentive when trying to change those poor habits. I use the Keyto breath sensor to monitor my progress and each time I used these tablets (sometimes only one is needed), I move from sitting on the fence (3) into ketosis (4+). Yes, they are a bit pricey...but it has given me much needed encouragement. I will definitely buy again.

I tried Keto Science’s Keto Sugar Relief with Prenulin, hoping it would help manage my sugar intake while staying in ketosis. It seems to work, but I noticed my stomach felt a little off after taking it. Maybe my body just needed time to adjust. That said, I do think it helps curb sugar spikes, which is a plus. If you have a sensitive stomach like me, you might want to ease into it and see how it works for you.

Am unsure whats the difference between this and the carb blocker. Aren't carbs also considered sugars?
