This is excellent price and delivery, bought several times this year. All of my family are using and it's helping me eat less sweet products for sure. But it does not really show big impact on sugar level so far... Normally Chromium are received from multiple food sources, but for my dad, he took one bottle for 3 months, his sugar level went to 98, then stopped 2 months, it went back to 124. I asked him to stop for a while so that i would also be able to monitor the differences. So I believe this supplement played a role here. I now requested him to continue taking Chromium from now on again. It helps with the diet. Thanks.
