This product does say high potency on the bottle. Perhaps it is because I am an adult who doe not weigh much, but I found this claim to be quite true; I could feel some not-so-pleasant effects quite strongly when I took a tablet after breakfast. I have since moved to taking one tablet after lunch, and have found this to be a better option for me. I feel I get the benefits without so much unpleasantness. I have noticed I do not get tired so easily since I have been taking these.

These must be among the best VFM multis in iHerb. Bought them for my mother. She likes most things about them except that they burn if they stay in your mouth a bit longer. Quite peppery. The size could also be a bit smaller or at least more "slippery". I think we will buy again.

Not nearly as good as Vitacost, Women's 50 Plus Multivitamin. But since iHerb bought Vitacost, several really good Vitacost products I have purchased for years have been discontinued or not currently available.
