I was looking for genuine valerian root that would be alcohol free, and this one is amazing, exceeded my expectations. Will buy again

I felt the calming and balancing effect/benefit of this product in a stressful situation and when I felt anxiety, no alcohol taste or smell as its alcohol free, many valerian tinctures usually alcohol infused , I re-ordering this product

Valerian route is another one that helps you to sleep at night. It’s easy to put in your water and drink the water before you go to bed no pills to swallow.

I like the taste, it is a pleasant valerian taste, almost sweet. I take it without diluting it when I need a calming moment. My 1 year old like couple drops on her tongue too.

This has been the one and only valerian root I will buy. I can have hectic days where my body feels out of whack and this instantly calms me down. It’s a small size but it has lasted me a while. And it’s so good for sleep too!

I have been using Nature’s Answer Valerian Root Alcohol-Free for several weeks now and while I appreciate the formulation and brand credibility, I haven’t noticed a significant effect yet. Nature's Answer +1 However, in my personal experience I haven’t experienced noticeable improvements in sleep quality, relaxation, or reduction in tension (which I was hoping for). It might be that the timing, dose, or my individual body response need adjustment. Overall, I think this is a well-made product from a reputable brand and worth consideration, but keep in mind it may not deliver strong effects for everyone. If you try it, give it at least 3–4 weeks and ensure lifestyle factors (bedtime routine, caffeine, stress, etc) are also optimised.

This valerian has very good quality and a simple ingredient list. The size is compact but potent, so you only need a small dosage each time. The taste is intense and earthy, which is typical for valerian, but it blends easily in tea or juice. I like the plant-based benefit it brings to my nightly routine. Good value for the price.

Love that the ingredient are only valerian root And it’s without alcohol I bought the smaller size at the beginning and now bought the bigger I use a half dosage when needed The taste is horrible, but I put a health serving with a bit of water and it’s fine

I take 1 hours before going to bed. It seemed not helpful in the beginning but I continue to take it. It does not help for long sleep hours, but somewhat helpful for deep sleep for short time.
