I've always had high liver enzymes so I have always taken some sort of liver health pills. Good quality ingredients and good benefits for liver detoxing. The tablets have no taste, the size is good and they are easy to swallow. The dosage is 2 tablets twice a day and I also like to take something for kidney detox while taking this, as I believe they go hand in hand. Once a year I try to do a detox for liver and kidneys and I feel much better after. I feel that it also helps my gallbladder, not only the liver. If I take this when my gallbladder hurts it immediately helps.
