It somehow works, especially if you take without having a meal first, buy I suggest to do it with meals. And just as some other comments mention, this will make you go to the restroom like half an hour after you take it or sooner if you exercise right after.
the size of the pill was really easy to swallow, the benefit didn't take time. i didn't swallow my meal and actually helped me with binge eating. i'm not sure how long it will last but i'm hopeful. good dosage, great quality even the packaging is nice.

It works, but in my case, about an hour after taking it, my heart starts pounding and I'm drenched in sweat, so I can only take it when I'm at home.

I only consume it on days I exercise. Although it has few ingredients and seems to be of good quality, it has caused me to have cold flashes after taking it and sometimes headaches, but it does help with athletic performance.
