Researching the ingredients in Prevagen lead me to ashwagandha. I had been taking a different brand when I read about Zenwell. When I started taking it I could notice the difference right away. I’m in my 70s and this product has really improved my mental health. I take 2 capsules every morning. I have fewer episodes of losing words and when I do I don’t panic. There’s a subtle calm.
