i’ve used this for less than a week but i’ve seen improvement in my skin and it benefits my mood levels (i’m less irritable) already! i think the composition is good, also the package (or the supplement bottle) actually looks very clean and aesthetically pleasing! there’s a slight scent but no taste, it’s very easy to use.

I like the convenience of having sea moss in a pill form. It makes it easy to take on days when I don't have time to measure out ingredients.
My energy levels are better compared to previously. I don’t see any difference with my skin but that maybe I need to use it long term to notice. Packaging is pretty and these capsules are easier to swallow and consume then the gel. I feel less fatigue and fully rested in the morning after I wake up.
