Arabinogalactan is one of the only fibers that can be used in dysbiosis. Most bad bugs don't ferment it, so only the good ones feed from it. This allows to shift the balance to good microbes in the gut without working on killing the pathogenic bacteria. This brand provides a clean arabinogalactan that is high quality. Still, i'm just testing it's effects. Larch arabinogalactan is used for common cold, flu (influenza), ear infection (otitis media), and many other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to support its use. In foods, larch arabinogalactan is used as a stabilizer, binder, and sweetener.
