These patches are a great way to approach those moments in life when I just need a bit of help. They work a treat. Helps me relax my way into the evening.
I have been very pleased with these patches. During a busy day, or at the end of one this little patch does the job to slowly and effectively help me to just unwind and stay de-stressed. I am not drowsy or sleepy at all --- just calm within my busy day.
The first dose gave me such severe dizziness that I couldn't drive for six hours. Room was spinning every time I turned my head. I've used other supplements for vertigo that helped. This one caused vertigo instead. Clearly not for people with inner ear sensitivity.
I've only used one patch so far and it could be a "placebo effect" but I feel like it worked. My work days have been stressful lately (confirmed by my Oura Ring ;) and when I stuck this patch on my wrist this morning, I did feel more calm throughout the day! And my "stressed" number of hours were half the amount as in the previous days. I'll try the rest of the patches in this coming week and will update my review in case it turns out that they do not work as well as I originally thought.
I can say that you will go into a deep sleep with no feelings of anxiety. I like it, but it is very scanty, and I need to order more.
I have used this brand for a while. Very pleased with all of the types they make. I use this one if I feel I will be encountering a bit of stress or use at the end of a really busy day. Very effective in helping me to relax!

I’ve used the patches before bedtime, and it’s honestly really effective / great quality. It noticeably helped me fall asleep more easily and stay in deep sleep through the night. The only downside is that it leaves behind a bit of adhesive residue when removing it, even after several hours of wear - not a dealbreaker, but something to note. No scent at all. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it if you're looking for a sleep aid - bonus: perfect size/package for traveling!
