I am taking it for 1 month and I noticed an improvement of my hormonal imbalance. I am more calm now and a little bit feeling of contentment. Also it helps my immunity as well. The capsule size is a little bit small, so it’s very easy to swallow with water.
This brand is GOOD.. but I really liked more the Previous I tried from NOW because they are ''softgels''. This are powder capsules. I like to try different brands.

Good quality zinc supplement. 25mg is a good dose. Biglycinate doesn't give stomach issues. All in all it's good. Not full of illers like some. And after all, it's dr Amen's recomended, so it better work. I have to take it longer for a final verdict. I am comparing it to Solaray one, which is also bisglycinate, but the one I had was 50mg, and I wanted a smaller dose of 20 mg or like this one is 25mg.
The bisglycinate form is kind on an empty stomach and does not cause nausea. I have noticed steadier skin clarity and feel good about immune support. Vegan capsules are small and easy to take daily. Reliable mineral in a very bioavailable form.
