Nice packing and easy to swallow capsules. However, after several nights of taking them, it does not seem to effect longer or faster sleep. Maybe it's just me.
Melatonin never works for me, so I have been using zzzquil for years and this one was recommended by a friend and I find to work same way. It is great I don’t know how but it works for me
Often 1 capsule is enough to settle my mind before bed, but if I'm feeling restless, 2 capsules (recommended dose) does the trick, every time! I love the unique combination, and low dose melatonin with high quality GABA.
I feel like this is working for me. I used to use melatonin spray but found it was leaving me groggy in the morning. These tablets taken before bed seem to last through the night, keeping me asleep for longer and waking up not groggy.
