Sports, MCT Oil, Unflavored, 32 fl oz (946 ml)

I've tried a number of different MCT brands, and this one with the 3 different acid types works the best. Basically if you do a really deep dive into MCT oil you find most people recommend brands that only have the Capric and Caprylic acids, as the Lauric acid, while technically also a MCT, takes much longer to digest and turn into energy, and it's potentially less efficient. The Lauric acid, which this product has, is generally considered a filler. For whatever reason I've tried all the brands that are "supposed" to work better, and got almost nothing out of them, while this brand with all 3 acids makes me feel way better than I expected. If I take enough of it, a few hours later I often feel a genuine and deep feeling of wellbeing, as well as boost energy.

This coconut MCT oil is one of 3 ingredients in my morning coffee every day. The medium chain triglycerides provide a high quality benefit me by providing satiation and energy for my fitness workout. I also add butter and a bit of half and half. It’s a good price for the size and packaged in IHerb’s strong boxes, and I’ve never had any issues. There is no taste to it so you could easily add it to anything. I froth my coffee with a hand frother, and it truly makes me feel bulletproof each morning!

Thank you for providing such outstanding supplements! The quality is exceptional, with thoughtfully selected ingredients that offer remarkable health benefits. Your products have made a significant positive impact on my overall well-being. I also appreciate the secure and reliable packaging. Thanks again, iHerb!

Medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) are fats that are naturally found in coconut and palm kernel oils. They're more easily and rapidly digested than other types of fats. MCTs are readily absorbed from the GI tract and are metabolized very quickly by the liver, where they are reported to encourage the use of fat for energy rather than for storage

This MCT Oil from NOW Foods is a game-changer for energy and focus. As someone who follows a keto-friendly diet, the purity of this oil is fantastic—it’s completely unflavored and tasteless, so it blends perfectly into my bulletproof coffee and smoothies without any oily residue or aftertaste. The high concentration of Caprylic (C8) and Capric (C10) Acids gives me that clean, long-lasting thermogenic energy boost without the jitters. The large 32 oz size is a great value, and I appreciate that it's Non-GMO and Hexane-Free. It's the purest energy source I've found!

I’ve been using this unflavored MCT oil daily in my smoothies and coffee, and the quality of the ingredients is excellent. The neutral taste makes it easy to mix into any drink without altering flavor. The 32 fl oz size and secure package make it convenient for regular use. The serving and frequency are easy to follow. Since incorporating it into my routine, I’ve noticed enhanced energy, better workout endurance, and improved mental focus, making it a reliable addition to my fitness and training regimen.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great product and fast delivery! I’m really happy with this purchase. The quality is excellent, and the packaging was clean and well-sealed. I started using it recently and already notice a positive difference. Shipping was fast, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend it and will definitely order again!

We use one tablespoon of MCT oil in our morning coffee, along with a scoop of Collagen. We like that our morning caffeine's cognitive benefits are boosted by the MCT oil. It has a buttery taste which we enjoy, and we feel energized for a longer period than with just the caffeine alone.

Some time ago I learnt about bulletproof coffee, and decided to try. Now it has become a part of my morning routine. I add a teaspoon of MCT oil to my coffee. It gives energy for the whole day. The botte is big and lasts for a long time. The oil has a neural smell and taste and doesn't change the taste of my coffee.

This Mct oil is great! The main benefit for me is the quality(no unnecessary ingredients) and the size of the bottle for a good price. The taste is neutral, tastes good with coffee. Hope it will help me to sustain at the keto diet and my metabolism will improve.
