I actually use this on my face instead of internally and it has made my skin so soft and gotten rid of eczema but the price on herb is crazy compared to the vitamin Shoppe. I've been paying $25 a bottle for this for many months until I discovered that vitamin Shoppe sells it for $13.
I always love the quality of Mary Ruth products. This sea moss supplement was easy to take and tastes yummy. I am not seeing much effect on me yet since it's only been the first week. Hopefully it helps to increase my energy level.
This product is great for everday use. The taste is brilliant, with a honey infused flavour. This is also a great size to take while travelling as you can have it by itself or i prefer with water. This supplement is great for mineral deficiencies, which will aid with gut health and energy levels.

Great! This size is so convenient Love the fact that you can get sea moss in a concentrated form perfect for travel! Doesn’t taste like anything when added to water.
