my son 5 years has sleeping issues. I give one ml .. very benefical . it helps alot to wake up in morning to the school. taste is good. love ot . it helps him also with folinc acid protocol . make him more calm less tantrums . focus in school . sleep deeply at night . the package littele bit big bottle .
I will absolutely never stop buying this. I love taking magnesium as a liquid because it absorbs better but the concentrated ones in the dropper are SO strong and just not pleasant. I take this before bed and I wake up feeling like I had the deepest sleep I ever had. And I have no problem jumping out of bed to get up. I don’t take this everyday because I start to build a tolerance to it but when I do, the energy that I have the next day is amazingly noticeable. I ALWAYS recommend this product to all my friends/coworkers who complain about not being able to fall asleep or waking up feeling tired. If I could rate this 10 stars I would. I used to put it in some sort of drink before bed but now I just take it straight up because its just that easy. I definitely wouldn’t be able to do that with the concentrated liquid.
