Bought this because it was a multi that had no copper or iron. However, I trialled this for weeks and was very disappointed. I didn’t get any of the benefits I usually get from taking a multi. It seemed very weak and poorly made
I was deficient in some vitamin B's. This helped me improve and maintain vitamin B levels. This is good. Update Sept 2026: Even after reducing the number of capsules, my vitamin B levels are are still good and well-maintained.
This is the only option for those with a copper overload who cannot tolerate iron supplements. I hope there will be more supplements like this.

It doesn't put a strain on my stomach and I feel like my body is in a stable condition. I don't feel any special effects, but I think it's good quality.
There's probably no nutritional problem. The capsule was large and somehow got stuck in my throat. I think you need some tips when drinking. I feel that if you don't like tablets, it might be difficult to swallow a capsule of this size every day. The product on the right is the product, and the vitamin D is on the left.
This product is medical grade and is essential for daily health management as it can supplement the nutrients that cannot be taken in through meals. The grains are a little large, but they go down your throat without any discomfort.
