Toddler suffers constipation i started her on these gummies okay with paediatrician as she is 3yrs old. Takes 3 gummies loves the taste and all round has helped her with constipation.

I give these to my kids sometimes when they want an after-dinner sweet. They aren't grainy and taste great so they're a good sweet treat that includes dietary fiber as well.
