Gut Instinct, 30 Vegan Capsules

As a vegetarian, I have struggled with gas and bloating for years. I started taking this supplement several months ago and I finally feel a sense of normalcy with regard to digestion and gut health. I’ve not experienced any adverse effects other than “feeling” the supplement working the first couple of days. Now it’s just part of my morning supplement routine and I am much more comfortable throughout the day. The capsule size is medium and I find it easy to swallow. I don’t notice a taste.

I have repurchased this product multiple times. For this reason, I would recommend it.

I honestly haven't been consuming them as much as I used to because I've been dealing with some gut issues, but I would recommend them if your gut is healthy and you want that extra boost of support to help digest your food. The capsule size is smaller than some of the other sizes they have (like Uber Energy) so it's easier to take.

These probiotics are easy to take and haven’t caused any discomfort.

First time trying Hum Nutrition, and I am sticking with their probiotic. There’s no bloating and gas after eating dinner. Take 30 minutes before meal time. Good clean ingredients.

Not the cheapest but quality product. Doesn't upset my stomach as I heard it can do although I don't take it all the time.

Cute packaging.good ingredients but didn’t seem to be as affective as stronger strains. Didn’t feel like it really did anything for bloating or stomach discomfort. Reviews were good so I gave it a shot. Easy to use capsules.

Have been suffering from IBS for many many years, the bloating is the worst , especially when eating something I should not have eaten, taking this on a empty stomach first thing in the morning and the rest of the day I feel very light if this makes any sense , would keep buying this . Very happy

This item is of great quality and the packing is good. Took it for prevention purposes and the ingredients seem to be comprehensive for my age. Meant for daily use. Size wise is good and packaging is good. Hope it helps with any nutritional deficiencies. Taste wise is ok, not overly bitter. I take it with water.

The effect I feel when I take it on an empty stomach is strange; it makes me feel nauseous, but I attribute this to the fact that it is 'working.'
