A good supplement that helps and benefits me; it keep my hormones in check, especially in the weeks closer to my period. I bought HUM and other brand at the same time, I thought 60 capsules with this price was cheaper than the majority, then realised it’s supposed to take 2 pills a day… So comparing to other brand that I bought, the price is doubled… Even if HUM helps with my PMS, I would still choose the other brand that I tried, because it’s cheaper
I have PCOS and Endo (and doing my own research led me to this combination for progesterone help). I'm not a doctor but I recommend you try this, I think it's really deeply helped me in ways that I am so amazed by! With mood swings, pain, and my Endo and PCOS symptoms are reduced (combined with good diet and exercise of course). I'm about to purchase my third bottle!

I haven't tried this yet as I still have other chaste berry tablet from other brands. But taking chaste berry has been my norm as this is the only ingredient that supports and benefit my mood. I will be taking this when the other is finished. What motivates me to switch to this brand is because it has a label non gmo and gluten free, a quality better the usual I've been taking. I'll opt for this one when the next discounts come.
