These gummies work exactly as expected to calm and bring up the mood, especially if you are feeling off or overwhelmed. Taking half a gummie gives me calm for about 3 days. Definitely helps support an adrenal/stress issue. They taste like these old fashioned berry candies. Delicious and helpful if you need a boost.
