I’ve been taking 1 cap every 4hours for the last 3 months and after a week of taking them, that’s when I first noticed an increase of my breast milk supple. I current breast feed and after baby had a cold, stuffy nose she struggled to drink my milk due to nose always runny or stuffy which resulted in my breast milk decreasing to the point where she was always hungry, fussy and sometimes would cry after feeding. I was stressed that I wasn’t producing enough for her which also decreased my milk more than it had already decreased. I can say for sure that these alongside choosing not to stress anymore have greatly helped. I also eat 3-4 protein and calorie rich meals per day and stay hydrated with electrolytes and plenty of hydrating fluids such as coconut water etc.
