This really ticks boxes for a gentle but effective intestinal clean out. No problem with taste and ingredients feel like they're of good quality. I halved the dosage beacsue of how strong the action was but have really felt the benefit from doing this. Will definitely buy again
the concept is great, the size, flavor, all good! I started in the evening (full dose/2 pills) and had my second dose (full strength) in the morning. I had an in home consultation that morning. I also work retail. you need to be able to use the bathroom whenever possible!! I have since switched to a single pill. the urgency is gone. I didn't really notice many changes other than cleaning out!
