These plasters are stronger than Zhuanggu Gao with scent being more pleasant. While the quality is outstanding, I feel they’d be even more effective if bigger, although that might potentially irritate the skin more (they are difficult to remove, so I recommend soaking them first). They help with migraines and knots in shoulders and you can feel the plaster doing its work. I might have used it too much, so my skin is a bit burnt now, so do take care if you have sensitive skin.
