My acupuncture doctor recommended i purchase this oil for back pain and knee pain. She was using after the sessions and it brought me relief. It is best used after applying heat. The roller side is honestly useless. The smell is ok not too strong but not too light either and it is tolerable if you use small amounts.

really love the applicator bottle that has two options: a roller ball on one end, and a small nozzle on the other that you can get drops out without it being too slow or too fast. the scent is strong, but does not linger for too long and is not unpleasant to me. I like to have an oil for massage, but I do find myself not using this as much as i would like to daily since I don't like getting oil on my clothes.

Customs took it and is running tests to deternine the amount of camphor. I didn't realize camphor was considered controlled medicine I hope someday i can try this
