Zheng Gu Shui, Sports Pain Relief Liquid , 3 fl oz (88 ml)

This traditional Chinese tincture is helpful for muscle strain, and provides immediate relief. It is an ancient formula repackaged for export, using far less ingredients than the original recipe i learned from researching it’s origins. The traditional Chinese herbs are listed under “inactive ingredients”. It is helpful that they formatted it with this applicator, though would be great if it was refillable. The original was just in a bottle, and was less easy to apply.

I've been using this liniment since first finding it in our local Chinatown 25 years ago! It definitely relieves muscle pain in various parts of the body. In may case worn out shoulder and knee joints. Be great as an adjunct to message therapy. Not as good a pharmaceutical scripts, but fills that void quite well. A little goes a long way. Now have ordered a second container.

I’ve tried everything under the sun to ease my neck and shoulder pain that triggers migraines. This spray oil is very potent and it works wonders. It’s strong, but that’s exactly what I wanted it to be. The scent is typical of TCM, quality top-notch, the only downside is the size. Little goes a long ways so I’ll try to be more careful while spraying.

This is mine and my husband’s holy grail product for arthritis/joint/muscle/tension pain. It is hard to find in Toronto so I was thrilled to see I could get it from iHerb. We transfer the 100ml to a spray bottle and always keep it on hand. Starts working immediately and provides amazing relief.

The product fully matches the description. Upon application, you can feel relief from the pain, which is a big plus. I still can’t judge whether it has a long-term effect with continued use, but it definitely works for temporary relief.
