These hot packs have fallen out of fashion and have become increasingly difficult to find at your local pharmacy. I love using these for hot therapy when my muscles and joints ache. iHerb had a great price for this product compared to other online sellers. The delivery was prompt and I am very satisfied with the purchase, although I have not used it yet. Will update review once I use it.

Okay, I still like the heating pad, it's flat and bendable. But there's something soothing about the heat of a hot water bottle. The stopper fits tightly so this bottle does not leak, and the heat takes longer to dissipate than I thought, so I can curl up around this all night and stay warm. It really is particularly nice to use on my feet.

I was looking for an old fashioned style water bottle for hot or cold water. That would be more flexible to mold around the place to turn in your body and not be a hard rock and this is perfect. I really have used it a lot
