been using this supplement for a few months on every workout, 7 times a week. the taste is good and the product feels high quality. helps maintaining endurance and good for recovery.
Like the ratio and overall taste, but the sweetness is way overboard, so for this reason o =n dont recommend it and wont by that brand again!

I’ve been using Nutricost BCAA (Orange Mango) fairly consistently, and overall it’s a good product. The 2:1:1 ratio of leucine : isoleucine : valine (≈ 3000 mg leucine, 1500 mg each isoleucine & valine per serving) feels right for post-workout recovery and muscle support.
