No more muscle cramps! So many told me it was lack of magnesium, but not the case in my body. Calcium lactate is THE calcium you want to take as the body absorbs it easily. Love the capsules and part of my daily routine.

I bought this product as I heard it was the bes for calcium absorption. I was hopeful, but after just taking it once it created some stomach upset and bloating. Not sure about the dose and carbs in these either. For me, its a no go, but maybe others will be fine with it.
