I like that it has quality ingredients and neutral taste. My kid has constipation, compounded with poor diet. I'm glad that this helps her. For my toddler, I open up the capsule and mix the powdered fiber with yoghurt.

For those who dislike mixing powders, these capsules are handy. It takes a bit of water to get them down, but digestion does seem more regular. No odd taste or aftereffects.

i bought a lot of Nutricost stuff for their price. but i do somewhat feels the effect. for this value i am satisfied. good quality- i know cuz i break up the capsule n taste the real thing. saying that finding good quality husk isnt so hard. i wanna check if they test it for lead!
