Lactoferrin, 300 mg, 60 Capsules

Used to use Jarrow but trying this for the 1st time. Quality is ok - using this for my cats to help with their immunity since it's known to have very good benefits. They are ok with the taste. Dosage is higher than Jarrows which is not too bad for its price.

Lactoferrin is great for breaking up biofilms. Look up xylitol & lactoferrin protocol. Both work well together. I actually use erythritol instead and it works! Previously I just couldn't take erythritol or xylitol in any quantities but since I've been on the protocol I've been able to ramp up the dose and not seeing any negatives even if I take quite a bit.

I take this as an immune supplement. Easy to swallow size. Taste is not an issue for a capsule. Might be helpful to know that I don’t tolerate dairy but lactoferrin doesn’t bother me at all - I worked up the dose slowly and now maintain at the same dose every week

I take it every other day to support the immune system and help with iron. It is still too early to tell until I get the blood lab results, and I will update it if it improves my immune system and iron levels. Then I will update it to 5 stars. The ingredient is clean and of good quality. The price is reasonable.
