Organic Whole Leaf Sea Lettuce, 1.5 oz (42 g)

I found the quality of this sea lettuce not up to my standards. The leaves are too dirty with other seaweed or ocean debris. The color also did not impressed me. Taste is fine because sea lettuce is naturally very mild. Is actually one of my favorite ingredients when preparing my blended salad, but i strive to get the highest quality possible when it comes to seaweed. I use different types, swapping them around on a everyday basis as it is important to have a wide variety of plant foods in our diet. I’m high raw plant based. I also researched on the website and there’s no evidence of any testing being carried out by the company.

I really like everything seaweed related, but this one was a bit too strong for my liking

I was expecting a variety of seaweeds like those served in restaurants, but it only contained one type similar to wakame. It becomes very soft when rehydrated with water. I bought it hoping to make a salad that would highlight its crispness, so it wasn't quite what I was hoping for, but it's still delicious.

This is excellent in soups and stir fry. It expands in hot water. So it will last a while. Great source of minerals. Great packaging. Highly recommend.

Great source of magnesium, calcium and iodine. Only need 7 grams a day.

I like its distinct, savory smell. It doesn't have a strong flavor & can be used in various dishes (So far I've added it to garlic mackerel and green sardine curry). 5 stars if its package was washable plastic.

This really does taste like seaweed and like lettuce. I like it.
