I recently tried Havasu Nutrition's Saw Palmetto 3x Formula, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations.
I like this because it's a higher potency. My clinician wants me to take 400-500mg daily to help combat some mild side effects from testosterone therapy. I feel it has done a good job, but I'm marking it down 1 star because it smells like spoiled oil.
I have been using this product to help balance my hormone. I take this with DIM and so far my labs are showing a balance.
The package is good for 60days (2 per day). I think it does the work, because I feel lighter and the benefit is for longer time

I use this stinging nettle root extract for two main benefits: as a natural DHT blocker for hair health and for seasonal allergy relief. The ingredients are great. I am taking them separately in bigger dosage, but use this while travelling. The capsules have no taste, which makes them easy to take daily.
