I love this! Very good quality, super ingredients and good dosage. The size is ok to swallow, could be a bit smaller. I started taking this because of my PMS and cramps during menstruation and it does help! I’ve been taking for a month and it really helps with my hormones and keeping them balanced since i take semiglutide and stuff like that I would get severely emotional, it balances me out. Great product definitely buying again soon.
