The best product in terms of value for money. It contains 45 servings and in addition it has iodine. I bought this dietary supplement because no matter how healthy and diverse the diet is, it is almost impossible to meet our daily vitamin needs. Started using these several months ago, and unlike most supplements, have been able to actually stick to them because they taste good. My hair has a bunch of new short growths now, which wasn't the case even when I used to use actual hair supplements in the past. My nails are also stronger than ever, and my cycle length dropped from an unusually long 45+ days to a normal 31 days. These are pretty good signs of overall nutrition, so I'd definitely recommend these!

Haven't had them long enough to see full results, but these are already much more pleasant than my previous ones! Upon opening the bottle, there is a "processed vitamin" smell but there's also a strawberry lemonade smell. They are the size of a fingertip but gummy, so easy to consume. The strawberry shaped one tastes like strawberry and the orange slice tastes like orange -- as much as a vitamin can. The serving is 2 gummies daily so it's not overwhelming trying to get them in. The ingredients say they are vegetarian(no gelatin), gluten and wheat free, no peanuts, eggs, or dairy.

I'm 20 weeks pregnant, who has terrible nausea this whole pregnancy. I haven't been able to swallow any tablets or capsules, but I needed to take vitamins. I found this and it is perfect for me. No nausea, the taste is good and I feel better after I started using it
