I appreciate the higher dose pill compared to having to take 4 lower dose pills or capsules. They are not the esiest to swallow for me but they go down with enough liquid. I take them with breakfast for a Vit. C boost for the day and possibly another one mid day. With food it is buffered so my stomach does not act up at all.
