Hi, I haven't taken this 7.5mg product for a full month. I tried 15mg for 3 weeks yet the side effects were too overpowering. I stopped taking this product for a full month, then restarted taking with just 5mg for one month, and now I'm taking 7.5mg for a month and I plan to order 10mg next. So far no ill effects. I really hope this works for me.

This supplement is just as good as the much more expensive ones and it does not have any nasty excipients. It is giving me lots of energy and I’m finding that I sleep better since taking it. Only take it in the morning just in case it gives you too much energy for sleep.
