It's a small size package used in 10 days. Taste wad not great. I can't comment on improvement or benefits because my son only used it once and it's too expensive to buy again. It does have a good blend of supplement to support children of age 3 plus.

This has a great ingredient list. When i make a milkshake or smothie using the stated amound it is way to thick and synthetic tasting and my kids dont like it. I sometimes use a very small amount added to choc milk but it feels a waste that i cant get the full daily reccomended dose in one drink. I will try using it in baking to use up but i wont be buying again. I plan to try their new multivit gummies instead.
