My hair is growing longer. I do see new growth. I'm on my 3rd bottle. The consistency is thicker like a syrup. I wouldn't say it tastes great, though. It tastes how multivitamins smell with a hint of mango. I mix mine in with flavored water and take it like a shot. 🤷♀️ I will continue to buy it.

Consistency of the product is thicker than the other liquid morning multi vitamin, but I do prefer the 15ml/1Tbsp serving size over 30ml/2Tbsp (assuming consistency and serving size is related???). Cute bottles for the fridge if you’re into that kinda thing. I have noticed my skin looks bouncy and glow-y after 6 weeks of daily doses. It could be improving my hair growth, but I am also oiling my scalp 2-3x per week, hair washing more often than not, eating more protein. I flat out SUCK at swallowing tablets, so I am overall happy with this liquid supplement.

The package size of this is huge, which is fantastic for daily use. The effects are amazing, noticeable difference in my hair after one day of use. My energy levels have improved immensely, normally I take 1-2 daily naps and now I don’t even need to. My children have even noticed my energy levels and mood boost while taking this, so much so that my eldest is interested. The taste is good but personally I think it could use slight improvement cause the after taste is potent. The cool thing about this is that you can mix it in a smoothie, though I take just the one tablespoon by itself with the other supplements.

I wish I could rate this 5 stars but the consistency was too thick for me and did leave a tangy after taste. However the quality of the product is there and most of the ingredients are very clean. I did notice it changed the colour of my urine but most likely due to the rich antioxidant and vitamins in this formula
Thanks to this product and the other two from the hair care range I can say my hair is stronger and yes longer. Totally recommend.
