Good taste , great ingredients, I’m prenatal it covers all my vitamins in one spoon use ,all i need is calcium on the side . Packaging is cute and there is no strong smell or taste . Just drink it straight from the fridge it feels refreshing. Planning to take this while nursing

I have tamed this for 3 years straight now as a pre and postnatal and now prenatal again. I enjoy the convenience of it as I hate taking pills. Just keep it in the fridge and give it a squirt in the morning. You don’t have to eat before you take this like other prenatals that make you nauseous if you don’t. I pair it w the liquid iron supplement as well. Added benefit is your hair and nails grow like weeds when taking this!

I notice more sustained energy throughout the day with this. The taste is quite strong on the citrus side rather than the vanilla - it’s not great, but not the worst taste. Contents provide good nutrition for prenatal and postnatal health. It did not cause stomach upset. I’m repurchasing!

I need more support for my body and so far pleased with this formula. After about three months will update with progress and what I think.

Taste wasn’t the best but I guess because I only took it with water probably mix with juice could be better? Size is good for the value, package very convinced, benefits I felt it kick in with in the second week of taking it. I’m currently nursing so it helps to gain my energy back.

All the ingredients match the recommended amounts for pregnancy, so taking this daily gives me peace of mind. It has quite a strong and sweet taste so I just gulp it down quick I could never be able to eat it as a meal as it is advertised in their page

I love that this prenatal does not include iron and it's liposomal however, the texture and taste is bad.....and I mean bad (vanilla & orange). I struggled with nausea for a few weeks in early pregnancy and this was so hard to get down. My husband tried it and said the taste wasn't bad but the texture wasn't very good.

My wife’s been using this during pregnancy and finds it easy to take. The orange vanilla flavor is okay, but much better than expected for a multivitamin. But she wasn’t expecting it to taste amazing so that’s fine I guess. It’s great to know she’s getting her nutrients without having to swallow pills, especially on queasy days. The only drawback is the price, but it lasts a while due to its huge size.
