I really like the ingredients of these postnatal vitamins. I take two capsules a day, even though the label recommends three. They’re quite large, but I don’t have any trouble swallowing them. There’s no noticeable smell or taste, which I appreciate. I’ve been using them for two months now and feel more energetic overall. However, I haven’t noticed any difference in my milk supply.

Great quality ingredients as well as their pre natals. They don’t have any taste. The other ones have a sea smell due to the natural vitamins. It’s of a good size. I’m taking them to replenish my body for nursing my baby. I got these by mistake trying to get the prenatals to use until I finish nursing but these are great as well.
