The quality is great. Easy to use the size perfectly and the capsule are easy to swallow. The package very transparent which is good for you to see when you’re running out to get a new one. Love the taste on it. It had like a mint scent. Another thing that I like is the capsules are transparent as well you are able to see it.

Have tried 6 different pre and post Natals and this is the one. This one has DHA and NO iron. Most postnatal have iron in it but if you’re not deficient then it’s actually more harm than good. I feel good with these.
