I hesitate to take it now that I read more about it can also take out the good minerals. Bought to clean potetial mold out of my system but will wait to consult with a doctor.
Took it for one month, dosage of one capsule a day, to help with detoxification. Alternated with chlorella daily. The idea is that activated charcoal should help flush out the harmful toxins, and for this to happen you'd would want to initiate some sort of a die-off response. I took Paraguard, NAC, and natto-serra and this activated charcoal was used as a binder. Seems to be of great quality. There are no filler ingredients and the bottle lasted for more than a month.
The packaging is great, the ingredients are good, and the pills are black. It's an excellent product.
