During my first trimester I had such bad morning sickness. I was nearly in hospital so many times because I couldn’t keep anything down. This helped.
the bands are very stable and they stay perfectly on the wrists. I don't know if it is psychological or not, but it feels like it eases my nausea during the first trimester

The product is effective for nausea. It’s comfortable to wear. The only downside is that, the elasticity doesnt last long.
