Girls, first of all, it is incredibly realistic strawberry taste, the sugar percentage in every dosage is not that high, but it wonderfully combats sweet cravings. So super quality and very quick absorption. It is a shame the size of the package is not that big, but I will keep buying it for sure.

I would have given these Mary Ruth's B12 Gummies a 5 star but for the smell recently. For some reason the last few bottles have had a strange odor but still tastes the same. Soft and chewy. I do either order the sugar free (Raspberry) or the non sugar free (Strawberry). Added bonus besides B12 for energy is the D3 . I also suffer from Osteoarthritis with severe joint pain on certain days and find the B12 helps giving me a boost. Digestion and absorption is no problem. And immunity seems to be stronger. Mary Ruth's brand is a little pricey; I'm sure you can find less expensive but I'm sticking with her... I feel confident this is a respectable label. I'd recommend giving these a try!
