Bach flower remedies are unique in how they work. I know they're amazing, however I still wasn't expecting quite this much improvement. I have a lot of built up resentment in my marriage - for little things, honestly there was no need for me to hold on to such resentment, but it's just my weak point. I am feeling a lot of relief with this resentment over the past couple of months since starting this. Noticed it within 1 month or less. And I've been struggling with this for over 9 years. I just feel things softening so much in my approach to relationships, without my doing much of anything differently. I did have a period of feeling it was bringing up a lot of difficult stuff at first - sometimes Bach flower remedies work that way - kind of like an emotional detoxing. But I got through it and it's helping so much.
