I highly recommend this for caretakers and mothers. That constant nagging feeling that I'm doing it wrong , I'm not good enough, or the guilt over anything and everything! The constant blaming yourself for everything. Even if you've done a good job you question yourself and think you should've done better. It's exhausting! Using Pine is extremely subtle and you just suddenly feel better with a new perspective. Has pulled me from the trenches many times. I make myself a small glass of iced tea, but a few drops in it and sip throughout the day. Great quality product. Perfect ingredients.

Does it work? Well, who knows? I use a bunch of Bach flower remedies with the faith they are doing something. A healer told me which ones to get. I’m a cynic and a pessimist, and yet I keep re-ordering these Bach remedies… a gut hunch (ha ha) makes me feel that they are doing something. …which is saying a lot (while saying nothing at the same time).

I am a lover of pine trees but never took this one because it didn't seem like I had the concerns usually attributed to it. But after reading some of the flower essences information, especially the book by the people who operate the Flower Essence Society I saw some potential in it to help some old issues where it wasn't me who was blaming myself as the pine is meant to help but others trying to blame me for not being like them. Pine stands tall. I have not taken this consistently yet but I felt a kind of lightened and clearer feeling after taking it. I ordered the larger size to give it a real effort. If you are a tree that has maybe had a hard time growing, maybe it's for you. I really also recommended people interested read the flower essences books because they give so much more insight and subtly that can really help you understand what you want to work on. I think the essences work on their own but you can understand these things more deeply it also helps. Also some great ongoing videos series by a pair of practitioners has been very informative and illuminating and explains how it works but also the nature of the issues so you can more easily release them. Their videos led me to trying Agrimony, another one I didn't think I needed from the usual description but if you crack into that, it can reveal a lot.

A very special remedy. It helps release feelings of guilt and brings a sense of inner peace. Feels soft, healing, and emotionally supportive. I really appreciate the subtle but deep effect.

Are used this for a couple of months was prescribed by my hemopath therapist. I use a few drops mixed with other types and with water and it worked great for me.

I’m a big fan of Bach flower essences however I did not realize until I received my order that all of the smaller ml bottles are not the traditional formula they’re made with vegetable glycerin. Which is fine it’s just not my preference. Still a big fan but definitely prefer the original ones and I think the labeling could be more clear when ordering on the app.
