Original Flower Remedies, Rock Water, 0.35 fl oz (10 ml)

I was introduced to Bach Flower Remedies over 40 years ago. Lately, I've revisited using this particular remedy that's a helpful antidote to my detailed-oriented, perfectionist character structure. It helps calm the mental chatter for me when I find myself getting overwhelmed by too many responsibilities. Lately, it's been particularly helpful in calming my bedtime internal dialog, allowing me to get to sleep more easily.

I have been experimenting with flower essences for a while now, and while this one hasn't been effective for me as the rest, I'd still recommend it for people who are a little too hard on themselves. It's helping a lot with mental clarity and being productive without pressuring myself or panicking if I didn't do 10 things in one day.

Strong and potent, working just fine. Very satisfied with the quality.

The benefit of this product is outstanding. This supplement works as directed. The quality is high. The product is easy to use. Honestly the best of the Bach Flower Remedies. I use it in the morning. The product is doesn't cause

I know this isn't the main point about this product but it tastes amazing. I take it with me everywhere and it feels like I have my magic drops. I dont know about its effect but I believe the bach remedies work .

Are used this for a couple of months was prescribed by my hemopath therapist. I use a few drops mixed with other types and with water and it worked great for me.

As a Bach Flower Remedies practitioner, I always choose the original Bach brand. This Rock Water essence is of excellent quality, authentic and reliable – exactly what I need for my work with clients. I truly appreciate the consistency and purity of these remedies. Highly recommended.

Rock Water helps me be more flexible with myself and let go of perfectionism. I feel calmer and more open to life’s changes instead of rigidly sticking to strict routines. This 10 ml version is alcohol-free and made with glycerin, which is a great alternative to the standard 20 ml formula.

This is a great flower essence for the perfectionist. My friend's daughter can be too hard on herself, always wanting to be perfect. After taking this flower essence for a month, she is feeling much better. She will continue to use this for as long as she feels is necessary.

Love Bach flower remedies and I have been using them often recently, they can be super effective when chosen correctly! Sometimes just one dose can shift you greatly. One of the best energetic “medicines” for true healing.
