My 6 year old daughter is autistic and sometimes is really irritable. I was recommended blue vervain as a natural calming remedy and it really worked wonders I notice a huge improvement in her mood when I give this to her! The bottle is small but you only need 2 drops
i use it in the evenings when it's time to calm down, along with camomile tea to make the transition between daily symp and evening/night parasymp nervous system smoother.
Vervain is the first flower remedy I tried. It taste sweet, I put w 2 drops on my tongue at night after I brushed teeth. It’s supposedly relaxing & good for teeth

First of all, this is an original Dr. Bach extract, not a substitute. I have been using the extracts for years and they are very helpful. The regular price on the website is also very reasonable and the sale price is really good.
I always trust the quality of Bach's products and this vervain is no exception. The compact size is easily portable and you do not need to mix it with water. It has virtually no taste.
